Handling time is 1 to 3 business days, with transit taking 5 to 8 business days after that. We offer free shipping on most orders within the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI). 

Once your safe or watch winder ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to follow your package from our warehouse to your door.

Not in the way the word usually suggests. There's no exchange on freight — what would be called one is a return and a fresh order, and on a pallet that means return freight, the restocking fee, and a second delivery cost. It's an expensive way to change your mind.

Before it ships is another matter. If your safe hasn't left the warehouse we cancel it in full, delivery included, and you order the one you actually want. So if you're having second thoughts, the sooner you write the better.

Better still, write before you buy. Tell us what you're protecting and where it will live, and we'll narrow it to the few that suit.
